*Kalightoscope*

The key attraction of KaLightoscope Christmas, KaLightoscope is a landscape of larger-than-life, lighted holiday sculptures inspired by ancient Chinese art. Made of sheer, painted fabrics, each towering sculpture is enhanced by light, color and an imaginative setting. Some even reach 24 feet high!

Santa’s Midnight Flight over the World, Toyland and the breathtaking Nativity are just some of the twelve areas designed to awe and delight. Holiday music, aromas and little surprises make it an unforgettable experience for anybody. And it's all inside a temperature controlled, 16,000 square foot pavilion.

This is one of the world’s largest, life-sized Gingerbread Villages, and yes, it’s fully edible. Inside a 3000 sq. ft. area stands a 20 ft. high Gingerbread Castle, a classic North Pole Gingerbread House, Santa’s walk-through workshop, 10ft.-high lollipop trees, a photo area with Santa and hot chocolate carts.

Before & After

There will be a continuation of this post (I hope) that includes pictures of our bedroom. BUT it's currently the 'catch-all' place for anything that we can't find an actual spot for in our apartment.

I also got out my good camera one afternoon and took some pictures out our living room and bedroom windows:
