Yes, I know I'm obsessed with taking pictures of the river/downtown. I had about 45 minutes to kill this morning after I dropped Brett off for his interview...so I spent some time down by the river. :)

The Ohio River

Spent most of the day over in Indiana at the Horseshoe Casino and then the Falls of the Ohio State Park...

The casino is on a boat!

Basketball

This isn't really all about basketball. But I DO have a picture of all of our brackets spread out on the kitchen table before the tournament started...

This is the earring/necklace set my parents got me for my birthday. They're so pretty!!

Crazy Weekend!!

This weekend was crazy...from the minute I picked mom up at the airport at noon on Thursday until I dropped her off at 6pm on Sunday.

We went straight from the airport to meet Brett for lunch at McAlisters and then straight from lunch to the mall to find mom a dress for the wedding. We were successful and found TWO dresses! After that we got back to Brett's house just in time to watch the end of a basketball game and then head to dinner before bowling.

Friday was just a lot of errands and driving around. First, we drove to downtown to check out some places for my bridal portraits. We walked down by the (flooded) river for a little while because it was so beautiful outside.

Then we headed up to Indiana to buy wedding stuff at Hobby Lobby and Office Depot. Got back to Brett's around 6 and left to meet with the DJ for the wedding at 6:30. From that meeting Brett and I were on our way to a March Madness party at the Pendennis Club in downtown Louisville with his co-workers.

Pendennis Club

Saturday I was up early so that Amber could do my hair for my bridal portraits. It took about 2 hours! We left around noon and met Jill in Indiana to pick up the bouquet and then met my photographer by the river and took pictures there and at the Mellwood Arts Center for about 2 hours.

My beautiful bouquet!

We picked up Brett after that and dropped him off at the mall while mom and I went BACK to Hobby Lobby for more wedding stuff. When we got home it was just too beautiful to not be outside.

Later that evening we watched more basketball and cheered on Kentucky! We also decided to make some dessert to go with our pizza :)

Sunday was my birthday so we had lunch/dinner around 4:30 and then we had to take mom back to the airport around 6. It was a BUSY weekend but we got tons of wedding stuff accomplished!
